What is your refund policy?
At The Speaker Company we realize that sometimes you purchase something, you get it home and it’s not quite what you expected. That’s why we offer a no questions asked 30 day return policy. If your purchase does not live up to your expectations you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION:
Please retain all packing material (foam inserts, cartons, etc.) in case you need to ship your TSC product back to us.

Because this packing material was specifically designed to prevent shipping damage, we regret that we can not accept any returns not in the original packaging material.

To return a product please visit the customer care section to contact us for a Return Authorization #. No product returns will be accepted without complete packaging and a RA number.

How do I cancel my order?
If you selected to pay by check or money order, and have not sent in your payment. Your order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.

Orders placed by credit card may only be cancelled the day they were placed. If you need to cancel your credit card order please click here.

Please note that your order is processed in the most efficient manner possible and may not be able to be cancelled.

How do I request a refund?

To obtain a refund for physical product(s) purchased online, you need to email Customer Service to request a refund.

When will the credit appear on my card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving your completed letter of destruction.
