Return Request Form & Refund policies At The Speaker Company, we realize that sometimes you purchase something, get it home and it’s not quite what you expected. That’s why we offer a no questions asked 30 day return policy. If your purchase does not live up to your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION:
Please retain all packing material (foam inserts, cartons, etc.) in case you need to ship your TSC product back to us. Because this packing material was specifically designed to prevent shipping damage, we regret that we can not accept any returns that are not in the original packaging material. If the packaging was damaged when you received it, please let us know in advance. Note: The Speaker Company has exclusive arrangements with shipping and delivery companies and will not pay for return shipping that is customer-funded without express written authorization.
How Returns work: - Fill out the Form below
- We will assign a RMA number, then contact you with return shipping information (Do not ship products back without an RMA; they will not be accepted)
- You return the product to us at our expense
- We will credit your account upon verification of the product being received in new condition
